Clover has returned to Flowey's subconcious multiple times, however this time proves different. Enough resets has managed to create an ounce of precogniton in the kid who uses the unprecedented event to avoid Flowey where they otherwise would've been caught. However they are not completely safe as Flowey constantly searches for them to be able to RESET without worrying about this wierd change becoming permanent.

The first one who saved them, Desriel, aids them in safely navigating the subconcious world. Clover hopes to build themselves together, mentally and physically, to be able to face Flowey again in hopes of winning.

APPEARANCE

Clover's form remains as it was hiding. They lack any color but a yellow-gold that glows. Their shape has slightly grown more detailed with hints of orange for shadows where their features once were, but really Clover is still nothing but their SOUL. While losing their body and autonomy hasn't done well for them their technically amorphous shape allows them to do many things. They are able to put forward energy into a blast and with enough time, manifest a few things to help them move around like a lasso or even wings! The more determination they recieve from Pillar locations, the more they can do both due to more power but also confidence in their abilities.

PERSONALITY

Clover is long from optimism. Over and over they contemplate Flowey's betrayal and cannot get their mind off of it. He was their best friend, but not only did he turn on them but he possibly has been lying to them about many things. They are even beginning to theorize that this may not be the first time he took their SOUL. A little kid, so much happening at once eventually led them to grow numb and disassociate occasionally. They have also become nonchalant, not expressing much at all. Mostly their self-esteem is far down. They're embarrassed and disappointed they were fooled so easily and sometimes take it hard on themselves that they should've knew better. That once joyful and enthusiastic kid is there, but it takes a lot to make that happiness come into light.

RELATIONS

FLOWEY - (negative; former best friend)

Clover was unaware of the deceitful nature of Flowey and they thought he was their best friend. He helped them survive in the underground through countless deaths. Even if they knew Flowey wasn't completely innocent nor kind, they believed that his grumpiness or snark was the most malicious he was. He was the second one to help them rather than attack them as soon as they entered the underground and he was the one that kept up with them until the end. They're both horrified, disappointed, and angry about the unveiled secrets of their former friend. Sometimes they wish they could just collapse his mind altogether, other times they want to know why he did any of this. Really they just want to get out and go home, however that will happen.

DESRIEL - (neutral; party member)

Clover doesn't like the deja vu feeling they got from Desriel. At first meeting, he acted pretty much like Flowey when they first met him. Clover was ready for a trick, that Desriel would morph into Flowey and that their short break from fighting for their lives would be over. The longer they stayed with him, the better they felt. They eventually figured out that Desriel was a piece of Flowey's guilt towards them. While they don't completely trust him, they make him another anchor to rely on.

MEROYAH - (partially negative; party member)

Meroyah and Clover were immediately at odds upon meeting, they tried to kill them after all. Clover likes Meroyah's sincerety of their hate for them, so that somewhat helped in the trusting process. Clover can tell that Meroyah is a very vulnerable and major piece of Flowey and the sibling-like manifestation's existence makes Clover slightly wonder if a better future for them and Flowey as genuine friends is possible.

SNUG - (neutral; party member)

Clover felt the same about Meroyah as they did with Snug until realizing that Snug...doesn't really know what its doing. They don't like it but they don't hate it either. Sometimes when they're bored, they find something to play catch with it.
